UFC 262 co-main event: Nate Diaz is out and Ferguson vs Dariush is set, how to watch, time and more

The upcoming pay-per-view mixed martial arts event, UFC 262 by Ultimate Fighting Championship features the main event between Oliveira vs Chandler will be held on May 15 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

The co-main event was originally expected to take place for a five-round non-title welterweight bout between Leon Edwards vs Nate Diaz for the first time in UFC history, but it has been postponed due to Diaz’s major injury.

Now 37 years old American, former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson (26-5-0) will take 32-year old Iranian fighter Beneil Dariush (20-4-1) to serve the co-main card of the UFC 262. Ferguson coming off with two consecutive losses against Justin Gaethje at UFC 249 and Charles Oliveira at UFC 256 and Dariush came out with six winning streaks in a row and last win by split decision against Carlos Diego Ferreira in the UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Volkov on Feb. 06, 2021.
